Team Values at Work

Do you want to learn how by putting your team values in action you can create more productive and cohesive teams?

The Team Values workshop  supports individuals wanting to learn how to define and use team values  to guide their teams' decisions and behaviours. In this 1-hour workshop,  you will learn about group values, how they are formed, why they  matter, what happens when they are out of alignment, and how to use your  team values to guide better decision-making and choices in your  workplace.

This is an interactive workshop. We will also do some work in break out rooms, in pairs or groups of three or four.
