Team Culture Journey
Create an energized, productive and aligned team that is able to tackle challenges and create meaningful impact together

Based on our baseline survey and qualitative diagnostics we will customise a program for your team. This will include s a series of workshops, mentoring, and support to your team.
Together you will:

Align your team around a shared vision and the organisations values and associated behaviours, using them as guardrails to guide decisions and team practices

Learn, practice, and refine ways to create a thriving, inclusive culture, where everyone can contribute with confidence.

Co-create a blueprint for your team culture - defining the values, behaviours, rituals and norms you commit to in order to sustain your thriving culture.

Culture Tune Up
Energize and align your team around your shared culture

This 1.5 to 2 day workshop is designed for newly formed or existing teams who would like to be check in on and be intentional about sustaining a positive and inclusive culture. This workshop acknowledges that we are all responsible for creating great culture.
Together you will:

Explore the elements of culture, align around your organisational values, and agree upon team rituals and norms.

Practice new ways to connect, celebrate and appreciate within your team

Create your 'Team Culture Canvas' to provide your roadmap to continue to strengthen and maintain a great team culture.

Values in Action
Bring your organisational values to life
Values in Action is a program for organisations to build more connected and cohesive teams. The program includes a series of workshops, mentoring, and support to help your team design or refine your values and identify supporting behaviours.
